Using our secure online form, upload a selfie and a close-up photo of your smile in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.
Step 2: Share Your Smile Goals
Tell us what you would like to change about your smile, such as crowding, gaps, an overbite, or teeth that have shifted, and submit the form.
Step 3: Receive Dr. Schur’s Recommendations
Dr. Jeff Schur will review your photos personally and either send you a video with his recommendations or reach out to schedule a virtual consultation to discuss your options in more detail.
Who Is a Virtual Consultation Right For?
Virtual consultations are a convenient first step for busy professionals, parents juggling school and activity schedules, and anyone who wants to learn more before visiting our office. It’s a great way to find out whether Invisalign® clear aligners, Invisalign® Teen, braces for adults, or braces for children may be a good fit.
A virtual consultation is not a replacement for an in-person orthodontic exam. When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll invite you to our Bellevue, WA office for a complimentary evaluation, including precise 3D imaging with our iTero digital scanner, so Dr. Schur can create your final treatment plan.

Yes. Our virtual consultation is completely free and comes with no obligation to begin treatment.
What photos do I need to submit?
Please upload a selfie and a close-up photo of your smile in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. Good lighting and a natural, full smile help Dr. Schur see your teeth clearly.
Who reviews my virtual consultation?
Dr. Jeff Schur personally reviews every submission and either sends a video with his recommendations or reaches out to schedule a virtual consultation.
Can a virtual consultation replace an in-person exam?
No. A virtual consultation is a convenient first step, but an in-person orthodontic exam with x-rays and digital scans is needed to create your final treatment plan.
Is a virtual consultation available for my child or teen?
Yes. Parents can submit photos for their child or teen. For younger children, we generally recommend an in-person evaluation by age 7 so Dr. Schur can assess jaw growth and tooth development.
What happens after my virtual consultation?
